How does this work over the phone?
A call conferencing system is used. You are given a phone number and a code. You call the number, use the code, as does the instructor and we all meet in a conferencing room. At times you will hear other students and at other times not. We are also able to divide you into groups to practice or work with each other doing the exercises.
Any special equipment needed?
No, just a phone. But a comfortable hands free head set is recommended. Length of the phone work depends on the particular curriculum and your response to the work.
What if I want to speak with someone either privately or between classes?
Email or call and it is arranged. And this is encouraged. This work is about you as an individual and even though you might be taking a Group Class, time is taken beyond the group meeting to address your interest.
What if I miss a class?
For Group Classes, class recordings are available for review for a period of one week after the class.
For Individual Sessions, the recordings are sent to you. If you miss an Individual Session, you simple reschedule with the instructor.

How can I pay?
Payments are made by credit card. We accept Master Card or Visa. Your credit card will be charged monthly but appointments and charges are not coordinated. The monthly debits are taken even if you and your instructor choose to skip a month. However, in any case your payments will end prior to the completion of the work.
What if I change my mind?
If at any time and for any reason you would like to end your program - notify any of the staff and the agreement ends there -- financially and otherwise. The same liberty is extended to the instructors.
